Givenchy Humes, with his rich background in medical aesthetics management and a pre-med education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, excels as the Business Manager at Seacoast Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics. His unique blend of expertise and passion is focused on elevating beauty and self-confidence in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire community.
Renowned for his exceptional leadership skills, Givenchy is adept at guiding staff and patients towards achieving their goals. His proficiency in conflict management and ability to build strong relationships are pillars of his professional approach. Alongside his role, Givenchy is particularly skilled at establishing a rapport with local businesses, actively seeking and thriving in collaborative projects that benefit both the community and the aesthetic industry.

Rachael Minnihan
Rachael Minnihan is a highly regarded Medical Aesthetician, who has amassed over 17 years of experience in treating various skin conditions. She has collaborated closely with top dermatologists and plastic surgeons in New Hampshire and Maine, which has enabled her to gain a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Rachael specializes in corrective treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, microneedling, permanent makeup, laser resurfacing, non-surgical body contouring, and pre & post-surgery skincare. She serves as a valuable liaison for patients who are considering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, or cosmetic surgery. Her knowledge of these procedures enables her to tailor treatment plans for patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and results.
Aside from her passion for the medical aesthetic industry, Rachael is a Portsmouth, NH native, where she resides with her husband, their three children, and their dog, Barkley. In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, as well as tackling home remodeling and other DIY projects.
Amanda Patterson
Amanda is a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Medical Assistant with over 10 years of experience. She is an expert in patient care and takes the time to get to know all of the patients that she works with. If you have the opportunity to meet Amanda, you will quickly discover that she is passionate about helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. She believes in being open and honest with patients, and her background in customer service and passion for aesthetics make her an invaluable resource when it comes to educating patients.
Amanda's previous experience in primary care and women's health has given her a wealth of knowledge and compassion for women. Her expertise in these areas has helped her to better understand the unique needs and concerns of female patients, and she is committed to providing them with the highest level of care and support.
When she's not in the office, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two daughters and dog. She is a dedicated mother and enjoys nothing more than watching her children grow and thrive. Overall, Amanda is an exceptional medical assistant who is committed to providing her patients with the best possible care and support.
