Rachael Minnihan is a highly regarded Medical Aesthetician, who has amassed over 17 years of experience in treating various skin conditions. She has collaborated closely with top dermatologists and plastic surgeons in New Hampshire and Maine, which has enabled her to gain a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Rachael specializes in corrective treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, microneedling, permanent makeup, laser resurfacing, non-surgical body contouring, and pre & post-surgery skincare. She serves as a valuable liaison for patients who are considering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, or cosmetic surgery. Her knowledge of these procedures enables her to tailor treatment plans for patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and results.

Aside from her passion for the medical aesthetic industry, Rachael is a Portsmouth, NH native, where she resides with her husband, their three children, and their dog, Barkley. In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, as well as tackling home remodeling and other DIY projects.

Amanda is a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Medical Assistant with over 10 years of experience. She is an expert in patient care and takes the time to get to know all of the patients that she works with. If you have the opportunity to meet Amanda, you will quickly discover that she is passionate about helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. She believes in being open and honest with patients, and her background in customer service and passion for aesthetics make her an invaluable resource when it comes to educating patients.

Amanda’s previous experience in primary care and women’s health has given her a wealth of knowledge and compassion for women. Her expertise in these areas has helped her to better understand the unique needs and concerns of female patients, and she is committed to providing them with the highest level of care and support.

When she’s not in the office, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two daughters and dog. She is a dedicated mother and enjoys nothing more than watching her children grow and thrive. Overall, Amanda is an exceptional medical assistant who is committed to providing her patients with the best possible care and support.

Adrianna has always had a passion for skincare and aesthetics. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine, in 2012, she spent nearly a decade working with some of the best dermatologists in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills, California, the go-to place for achieving gorgeous skin! During this time, Adrianna gained a wealth of knowledge that she uses to help her patients achieve a flawless complexion, especially with non-surgical cosmetic treatments. Her goal is to help people feel at ease in their skin and beautiful from the inside out.

Eventually, the pull of her New England roots motivated her to pursue additional training, as she returned to the Northeast so she could attend the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, earning a second bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Adrianna loves spending quality time with her husband and two kids when she’s not busy at the hospital or clinic. She’s also a huge fan of traveling and often finds herself daydreaming about or planning exciting trips to new places!

Laura is a dedicated patient care coordinator with a successful career spanning over 20 years in the healthcare industry. Throughout her journey, she has mastered the art of guiding individuals through the often complex world of medical care. From the initial consultation to the detailed phases of post-operative support, Laura is deeply committed to providing personalized attention and heartfelt compassion to every patient she encounters. Her genuine warmth and vibrant personality enable her to forge strong, lasting connections with those she serves. Both patients and colleagues consistently praise her infectious enthusiasm, which not only brightens the atmosphere but also empowers patients to embrace greater self-confidence and improve their overall quality of life.
Outside of her professional commitments, Laura enjoys making memories at the beach with family and friends. She resides here on the seacoast with her husband, two children, and their beloved dog, embracing a fulfilling life rich with joy and connection.

Michaela is a skilled aesthetic nurse injector with over 13 years of nursing experience. She holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire and Middlesex University in London. Michaela furthered her expertise by completing a master’s level aesthetic program on Harley Street in London. With a background in wound care and palliative care, she combines medical knowledge with a passion for aesthetics. Michaela is deeply committed to helping patients feel beautiful and confident and is dedicated to taking the time to understand each patient’s unique goals. She lives in Kittery, where she enjoys gardening with her family.

Keegan Matchett, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a compassionate and dynamic nurse practitioner dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized care. She earned her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Gonzaga University. Her approach to patient care has been shaped by more than 12 years of experience in surgical nursing and family medicine through both her Air Force and civilian career.

Keegan is committed to helping patients feel supported, empowered, and informed throughout every stage of their surgical journey. She values building meaningful relationships with patients and believes exceptional outcomes begin with listening carefully to each individual’s goals, concerns, and expectations.

She brings this same patient-centered philosophy to non-surgical aesthetic treatments, with a special interest in laser resurfacing techniques. Keegan enjoys creating customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and aesthetic goals while helping them achieve natural, confident results.

Outside of the office, Keegan enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, especially exploring the outdoors together as a family. She is unapologetically competitive when it comes to card and board games, and since returning to New England, she has made it a personal goal to complete New Hampshire’s 4,000-footers.

With over 35 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and more than 25 years as a Licensed Esthetician, Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a Plastic Surgery Patient Coordinator. For the past decade, she has been dedicated to ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for patients navigating their aesthetic journeys.

A proud graduate of Framingham State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and the Catherine Hinds Institute, Nancy has combined her passion for health and beauty to create a holistic approach to patient care. As the owner of her own esthetics business and having worked in various spas and plastic surgery offices, she understands the unique needs and concerns of her patients.

Outside of her professional life, Nancy enjoys spending quality time with her family, practicing yoga, and engaging in crafting and home projects. Her commitment to both her career and personal interests reflects her belief in the importance of balance and well-being. With her extensive background and compassionate approach, Nancy is dedicated to helping patients achieve their desired outcomes in a caring and informative environment.

Madison is a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant who joined Seacoast Plastic Surgery in October 2025. Originally from Hampton, New Hampshire, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of New Hampshire in May 2024. She is currently continuing her education with the goal of pursuing a career in medicine and one day becoming a surgeon.

Madison has been a Licensed Nursing Assistant since 2022 and brings a diverse clinical background with experience in dermatology, pediatrics, and geriatrics. She enjoys being part of each patient’s journey and values helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their experience. Her favorite procedure to assist with is the temporal brow lift, as she appreciates the precision of the technique and the intricate understanding of facial anatomy it requires.

Outside of the office, Madison enjoys traveling, volunteering at the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry, and spending time with family and friends. She also works at the Sea Ketch and can often be found enjoying New Hampshire’s Seacoast, especially on sunny days at the beach. Her passion for learning, strong work ethic, and compassionate approach to patient care make her a valued member of the Seacoast Plastic Surgery team.

Katie brings more than fifteen years of experience in healthcare, with a background that spans both physician practices and ambulatory surgery center settings. While plastic surgery and medical aesthetics represent a new chapter in her career, Katie brings a longstanding commitment to compassionate care, patient advocacy, and creating a positive experience for every individual she serves.

Known for her kindness, compassion, and attentive listening skills, Katie is dedicated to helping patients feel welcomed, supported, and informed throughout their experience at Seacoast Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics. She understands that confidence and well-being go hand in hand and enjoys being part of each patient’s journey toward feeling comfortable and confident in their own skin.

Katie’s extensive medical experience, combined with her warm and approachable nature, allows her to build meaningful connections with patients while helping ensure their visits are as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Outside of the office, Katie finds balance through her daily yoga practice, experimenting with vegetarian cooking, and enjoying comedy shows. She also loves spending time outdoors, especially taking long walks in nature with her beloved pit bull. Originally from Vermont, Katie now resides on the Seacoast of New Hampshire with her husband and dog, where she enjoys hosting family and friends and making the most of the New England lifestyle.
